Divya Baranawal

John Shoup

Senior Vice President - Fraud Investigations Director, Comerica Bank

John R. Shoup is the Fraud Investigations Director of Comerica Incorporated and Comerica Bank.

Shoup joined Comerica in 2016 as Fraud Investigations Director. His responsibilities include overseeing all corporate fraud, computer forensic, and eDiscovery investigations.

Before joining Comerica, Shoup served as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) with his most recent position being Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s National Security Branch of the Detroit Division, where he was responsible for managing all counterterrorism, counterintelligence and cybercrime investigations within the State of Michigan. He joined the FBI after four years of service with Deloitte and Touche, where his last position was Senior Tax Accountant.

Shoup holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University.

Among his professional and community affiliations, Shoup is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and he has been a member of the FBI’s Bank Security Alliance Council since joining Comerica following his retirement from the FBI.

John’s hobbies include golf, skiing, and motorcycle riding. He is married with triplet daughters.

Dalit Amitai is the Head of Risk Solutions at Bottomline.  Dalit has years of experience specializing in designing and deploying solutions for large financial and government organizations.  As an executive with Bottomline, Dalit partners closely with customers – advising on fraud detection strategies and deployment of fraud management solutions to assure long term success. 

Nick Griffin

Product Director, Bottomline

Nick Griffin has worked in the FinTech space for over a decade with experience in B2B payments and fraud and financial crime prevention. In his current role, he drives the global go-to-market strategy for Bottomline’s Fraud and Financial Crime business.
