PTX is evolving and we've been busy laying the foundations for a better experience - there's a brand new fresh look and more modern design. We’ve done our best to minimise this change for you, so have focused our attention on updating the design itself rather than making significant changes to the features, flows and functionality.
Don’t worry, we haven’t removed any of the abilities you have now, but there are some changes that you might want to familiarise yourself with...

Centralize all corporate payments and improve cash management globally across multiple banks and currencies.
New Payment button
We’ve moved the ‘New payment’ button across to the right-hand side of the screen under the updated main navigation menu.
Menu changes
We’ve relocated the ‘Show and hide graph’, ‘export’ and ‘tile and table view’ menu to just above the table, where it naturally belongs.
Status labels
Status labels have been updated, each corresponds to a colour, which will help you scan through and identify status faster.
Benefits to your Business
Tiles
If you choose to display payment files in tile rather than the table view, you’ll notice that the tiles have been enhanced.
Settings
Administrators, you’ll find the ‘Settings’ menu on the right-hand side of the main navigation menu. The ‘cog’ icon will show the menu.
Login screen
You’ll notice that the login screen looks a little different. We’ve refreshed our PTX logo, and removed the ads on the right-hand side of the screen.
Rest assured, nothing around our rigorous security measures are different - it’s perfectly fine to access PTX exactly the same way you always have done, knowing everything is safe and secure.
Home Screen
There’s now a cleaner and fresher view of all your PTX activity from a single screen. We’ve redesigned the graph and tiles to give you clearer information.
For instance, the payment file’s name is in a prominent position, and Credit, Debit and AUDDIS are displayed in different colours to help you distinguish them easily. The 'View' button on each tile gives you more information along with the main action you can take for that specific batch.
Payment Files
We listened to your feedback and have merged the Credit, Debit and Auddis instructions into a single, meaningful graph, which indicates the volume and values of each. The data adjusts automatically as you add further instructions into a payment file.
Errors, Warnings and Risks
When payment files are processed, PTX checks for irregularities and alerts you to any Warnings and Errors, and Risks (if the Protect module is enabled) that are found. The results will now appear in a consolidated list, under a tab called ‘Processing results’. This is the first screen you’ll see after the file has been processed. You can then navigate to other tabs to see further detail about the individual payment file.
